Learn how to teach the work of Joseph Pilates taught by senior teacher Althea Hondrogen. Specific cueing,
anatomy, and biomechanics will be the basis of the course
for a better understanding of how the body is an integrated
machine. This 200 hour course includes 42 hours of lab
instruction, 27 hours of observation, 50 hours of practice
teaching, and 80 hours of self practice. After you have
finished the 200 hour course you must complete 100 apprentice
hours at defygravitypilates. Students will be given
a written and video test to complete the certification
process.
There will be no more than 6 students per class, so as to give
quality and personalized instruction to each student.
